Our Germantown community has made an incredible effort to assist those in need after the June 7th flooding. There is still work to be done to help our neighbors recover. Below are just a few ways to help and resources for assistance.

Tennessee Housing Development Agency Repair Grants
Are you a homeowner impacted by the flood? The Tennessee Housing Development Agency offers limited emergency repair grants to correct, repair, or replace essential systems and critical structural problems for low-income, elderly or disabled homeowners.

Volunteers Needed
Germantown HELPS is looking for volunteers to assist with repairs to homes and property damaged by the June flooding. See their Facebook page for times and locations that you can help!

School Supplies Drive
More than 100 children were affected by the recent flooding in Germantown. Purchase and bring school supplies to Farmington Presbyterian Church (8245 Farmington Boulevard) on or before August 4th, or make a donation to Farmington Presbyterian Church with “Gtown Flood” in the memo line.

Do you like Pizza?
On August 1, Marco’s Pizza will donate 10% of their sales to Germantown GIVES Flood Relief Fund.

Mark your calendars!
India Association of Memphis will present a benefit concert for Germantown residents impacted by the June 7th flood on August 25 from 2pm to 5pm at Houston High School.
